Job descriptions & requirements


  • Market and sell company land to prospective clients.
  • Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing, and field prospecting.
  • Follow up on client inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct site visits, property presentations, and client meetings.
  • Educate clients on land features, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close sales while consistently meeting assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
  • Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
  • Participate in company marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional activities.
  • Represent Surevest Properties Ltd with professionalism, integrity, and excellent customer service at all times.
  • Stay informed about the company's land products, market trends, and competitor activities to effectively promote company offerings.
