Job Summary
Datco Holdings Limited is seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing operations in the automotive manufacturing and warehousing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and enhance brand positioning. This senior-level role requires a hands-on leader with strong commercial acumen, proven team management skills, and deep industry knowledge.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy and Planning
l Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and industry trends.
l Set annual sales targets, forecasts, and marketing action plans to achieve organizational growth goals.
l Identify emerging markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities within the automotive and logistics sectors.
2. Team Leadership
l Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to deliver outstanding performance.
l Establish clear KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and foster a results-oriented team culture.
l Facilitate professional development and skills enhancement within the department.
3. Market Research and Business Development
l Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for business expansion.
l Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
l Lead negotiations and close high-value contracts and partnerships.
4. Sales Management
l Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
l Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions where necessary.
l Ensure exceptional customer service standards and client retention strategies.
5. Marketing Management
l Plan and supervise all marketing and promotional activities, including trade shows, digital campaigns, and product launches.
l Strengthen Datco’s brand visibility and reputation within the automotive and warehousing industry.
l Manage the creation of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
6. Budgeting and Reporting
l Develop, manage, and optimize the sales and marketing budgets.
l Analyze performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
l Measure ROI on marketing campaigns and recommend improvements for effectiveness.
7. Product and Market Innovation
l Collaborate with production and research & development teams to align product offerings with market needs.
l Provide insights on new product opportunities, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
l Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
l Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in sales and marketing management, preferably within the automotive manufacturing or industrial sector and atleast 3 years in management position.
l Proven record of achieving significant revenue growth and leading high-performing teams.
l Strong understanding of supply chain, warehousing, and distribution processes.
l Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
l Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and data analytics.
