JOB TITLE: SKIN CARE CONSULTANTS (10 POSITIONS)

NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

SALARY: KSHS. 25,000 PLUS COMMISSIONS

JOB LOCATION: NAIROBI AND MOMBASA

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct detailed skin analyses for walk-in and repeat clients using visual assessments and product knowledge.
• Recommend personalized skincare regimens and treatment plans based on individual skin types and concerns.
• Educate clients on product usage, skincare routines, and lifestyle factors that affect skin health.
• Drive product sales by recommending and demonstrating the benefits of beauty and skincare products.
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Keep up to date with product knowledge, skincare trends, and new beauty solutions.
• Maintain clean, professional, and welcoming display areas and consultation stations.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Document client interactions, skin analysis findings, and recommended products for follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with store teams to ensure an excellent customer experience.

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Certification or training in cosmetology, dermatology, or skincare will be an added advantage
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Skin Care Consultant or similar role in a busy beauty or cosmetic retail environment
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, skin types, and common skin conditions
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
• A professional and well-groomed appearance
