Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth business running
• Manage inventory control, stock ordering, stock counts, and reconciliation
• Drive sales growth and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Supervise, train, schedule, and motivate store staff
• Handle cash management, daily cash-ups, reconciliations, and banking
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Implement visual merchandising and promotional activities
• Monitor losses, shrinkage, and ensure compliance with store policies
• Prepare and submit sales and inventory reports
Qualifications & Experience
• Proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager (clothing/fashion retail preferred)
• Strong background in inventory and stock management
• Demonstrated sales and customer engagement experience
• Experience in people management and team leadership
• Confident and accountable in cash handling
• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field
