Job summary
We are looking for a highly creative, trend-obsessed Social Media Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be the visual storyteller and voice of our brand across our digital platforms. You won’t just write captions; you will pitch, shoot, edit, and produce "thumb-stopping" content—with a heavy emphasis on native short-form video
Job descriptions & requirements
Concept, script, shoot, and edit high-performing visual content (primarily Linkedin, Reels, and Shorts). Monitor viral internet trends daily to pitch timely ideas. Write engaging, platform-specific copy, manage the monthly content calendar, interact with the online community, and track basic analytics to optimize brand engagement and reach.
- Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience creating native content for brands, agencies, or building a significant personal social media presence.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in mobile video editing apps (CapCut, InShot) and mobile cinematography (lighting, framing, and audio capture using smartphones/mics)
- Design Tools: Strong familiarity with design platforms like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Platform Expertise: Deep, intuitive understanding of the mechanics and algorithms of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn/Pinterest (depending on niche).
- Soft Skills: High adaptability, strong time management, and a collaborative mindset to handle rapid turnarounds and shifting trend
- Portfolio Requirement: A digital portfolio or links to active social accounts you have managed/created for is mandatory for application.
