- Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with business objectives and campaigns.
- Create engaging, sales-focused content across all digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.
- Ensure all content supports lead generation, conversions, promotions, and customer engagement.
- Coordinate content production including graphics, videos, captions, and campaign messaging.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital communication channels.
- Monitor content trends and recommend creative ideas to improve engagement and reach.
B. Lead Generation & Digital Campaigns
Demand Generation & Conversion Support
- Generate qualified leads through organic and paid digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage social media advertisements and promotional campaigns.
- Drive customer inquiries through strategic campaigns, promotions, and digital engagement.
- Support product launches, activations, and seasonal promotions online.
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, inquiries, and sales performance.
- Coordinate lead handover and follow-up processes with the sales team.
C. Customer Engagement & Inquiry Management
Social Media Interaction & Follow-Up
- Monitor and respond to direct messages (DMs), comments, and online inquiries promptly.
- Track customer interactions and ensure potential leads are followed up appropriately.
- Escalate complex customer issues or sensitive inquiries to management where necessary.
- Maintain professional and customer-focused communication across all platforms.
D. Reporting & Performance Analysis
Campaign Monitoring & Data Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance, engagement metrics, and lead conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
- Monitor DM inquiries, customer engagement, reach, impressions, and conversions.
- Recommend improvements based on campaign performance data and audience insights.
- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, leads generated, and marketing activities.
