Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and conduct professional consultations.
- Assess guest needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Deliver personalized spa experiences to exceed guest expectations.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and comfort at all times.
- Handle guest spa inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally.
- Perform a variety of treatments such as body scrubs and manicure and pedicure services
- Ensure treatment rooms are prepared before and after each session.
- Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Promote hotel spa packages
- Upsell services where appropriate to maximize revenue.
- Support hotel team members during busy periods.
Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Spa Therapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 2years of experience in a hotel or luxury spa environment preferred.
- Proficiency in various massage and body treatments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service
- Knowledge of holistic therapies (e.g. Thai massage)
