Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of approximately five employees.
- Oversee the execution of interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop creative and functional design solutions that meet client needs.
- Drive business growth by identifying new clients and cultivating long-term relationships.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client presentations and proposals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality project delivery.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and team performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating residential and/or commercial interior design projects.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in interior design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, or similar design tools.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, and drive results.
