Key Responsibilities
Supply Plan Execution: Implement supply plans, monitor schedules, escalate risks.
Supplier Coordination & Procurement: Ensure timely deliveries, maintain supplier performance.
Contract Manufacturing Coordination: Support production execution and material availability.
Cost & Supplier Performance Monitoring: Evaluate prices, maintain supplier database, support sourcing.
Inventory & Material Management: Monitor inventory, prevent stock-outs, ensure smooth flow.
Stock Reconciliation & Controls: Reconcile stocks, resolve variances, support audits.
ERP Transactions & Data Management: Manage ERP entries, production plans, GRNs, reporting.
Process Compliance & Improvement: Ensure compliance, drive efficiency, improve processes.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field
3–6 years in Supply Chain Operations, Procurement, Materials Management, or Manufacturing
Contract manufacturing experience preferred
FMCG, Food & Beverage, Dairy, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing industry background preferred
ERP experience mandatory (SAP, Oracle, D365, Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, etc.)Required Skills & Competencies
Technical: Supply chain execution, procurement, inventory management, ERP systems, production coordination, advanced Excel
Behavioral: Strong coordination, process-driven mindset, organizational skills, analytical ability, stakeholder management, ownership, communication and negotiation skillsIdeal Candidate Profile

A highly organized supply chain professional with hands-on execution experience, especially in contract manufacturing environments. Skilled in coordinating suppliers and production partners, managing inventory controls, and ensuring material availability. Must demonstrate process discipline and operational efficiency.

Experience Level: 3–6 years Industry Preference: Dairy / Food & Beverage / FMCG / Manufacturing Contract Manufacturing Experience: Preferred ERP Experience: Mandatory Travel Requirement: As required for supplier and manufacturing site visits
