Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain / Procurement Trainee to join our team in Kikuyu, Nairobi. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, adaptable, and passionate about developing a career in procurement and supply chain operations.

- Experience Length : No Experience/Less than 1 year
Job Description/Requirements
- Assist in sourcing, supplier onboarding, and procurement processes
- Support purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and vendor management
- Maintain procurement records, documentation, and databases
- Assist in tracking shipments, clearing processes, and inventory updates
- Support compliance with internal procurement and supply chain procedures
- Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 0–1 year of experience (internship acceptable)
- Familiarity with ICMS and Kentrade systems is a strong advantage
- Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain workflows
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- High integrity and willingness to learn
