Job summary
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Tours Department. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate group travel management while working with one of Africa's leading travel management companies

The internship will run for a duration of four months, commencing in July and concluding in October 2026.
As a Tours Intern, you will work closely with experienced travel consultants and gain practical experience in:
- Designing and preparing travel itineraries for international group travel
- Assisting in visa application and processing for corporate groups
- Coordinating international and local accommodation bookings
- Arranging airport transfers and ground transportation logistics
- Supporting flight reservation and ticketing processes
- Preparing travel documentation and travel packs for large groups
- Coordinating travel schedules and supplier confirmations
- Customer service and client communication
- Supporting travel consultants during group departures and arrivals
- Assisting in destination research and travel planning
- Supporting the delivery of seamless travel experiences for corporate clients
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Tourism Management, Travel & Tours Operations
- Recent graduates who are done with their studies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office applications
- Passion for travel, tourism, and customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
