Trainee Casino Dealer

Key Responsibilities

· Operate and manage assigned casino games such as Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and other table games.

· Explain game rules and procedures to players clearly and professionally.

· Handle chips, cards, dice, and other gaming equipment accurately.

· Monitor player behaviour and ensure compliance with casino rules and gaming regulations.

· Maintain a high level of attention and fairness throughout the gaming process.

· Provide excellent customer service and create an enjoyable gaming experience for all guests.

· Report any irregularities, disputes, or suspicious activity to the Pit Supervisor.

· Ensure accuracy in payouts and proper documentation of table transactions.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe gaming area.

Qualifications & Requirements

Academic Qualifications

· Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) with a minimum grade of C+ (plus) in English Language and Mathematics.

Other Requirements

· Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· High level of integrity and customer service orientation.

· Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

· Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments.
