Minimum 2 years experience as a Travel Consultant or in a similar role
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS system (required)
Diploma in Travel & Tours or related field
Degree is an added advantage
Strong knowledge of airline fares
ticketing
and travel procedures
Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Handle flight bookings, reservations, ticketing, and re-issuance using Amadeus
- Sending flight quotations to various clients
- Advise clients on travel options, routes, fares, and schedules
- Process cancellations, refunds, and itinerary changes
- Provide travel information including visa requirements, travel insurance, and entry regulations
- Manage client inquiries promptly and professionally (calls, emails, walk-ins)
- Maintain accurate client records and booking details
- Offer after-sales support including check-in assistance and travel updates
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Sales and marketing: Promote travel services, engage clients, and help grow sales through marketing activities and upselling.
