Job Summary

We are looking to hire a presentable, confident, and customer focused Waitress / Hostess to join their team in Nairobi. The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills, a warm personality, and the ability to create a welcoming experience for guests while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

·        Welcoming and attending to guests in a professional and friendly manner

·        Taking customer orders accurately and serving food and beverages efficiently

·        Ensuring guests are comfortable and satisfied throughout their visit

·        Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining and reception areas

·        Handling customer inquiries and resolving concerns professionally

·        Supporting smooth day to day restaurant or hospitality operations

·        Maintaining a well groomed and professional appearance at all times

Requirements

·        Female candidate aged between 20 and 35 years

·        Presentable, confident, and well groomed

·        Strong communication and customer service skills

·        Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar role is an added advantage

·        Ability to work in a fast paced environment

·        Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability

·        Fluent in English and Swahili
