Warehouse Manager

·       Inspect and report physical condition of all assets, while maintaining an updated inventory record of all materials and assets in Yellow Moon’s custody

·       Organizing and coordinating all field and logistical support activities for projects in line with approved Project Execution Plan

·       Training project staff on asset handling & maintenance

·       Providing solutions on asset maintenance & tracking

·       Recruitment of suitable candidates to lead different Yellow Moon set ups.

·       Ensuring all assets are in usable condition before storage i.e. have repairs done on a weekly basis once asset report is done.

·       Creating a transport supplier data base and allocating transport based on need and load.

·       Plan work rota’s while assigning tasks appropriately and appraise results

·       Oversee receiving and dispatch of assets.
