WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities: -

-Managing the day-to-day operations of the Depot

-Maximizing growth and profitability by working closely with the Sales Manager to hit sales targets

-Ensuring that high levels of service standards are maintained

-Working closely with suppliers and maintain the required standards

-Holding team meetings and working closely with all departments

-Managing stock levels to ensure that the Depot has the right standard stocks at all times

-Ensuring that the Depot adheres to Health & Safety guidelines

-Managing Staff - Performance, attendance, training, discipline and address any gaps with HR

-Analyzing spreadsheets to monitor turnover and profitability together with Finance

-Ensure all government requirements are in place at the Depot

-Ensure the security of the depot and the company assets 

-Fleet management - Maintenance, repairs, fuel, and compliance

-Manage the entire logistics process at the Depot from receiving the EABL Hauliers to loading Distributor tracks for trade

-Ensure zero loss of inventory and other company assets

Requirements: -

-Degree or Diploma in Procurement, Logistics, Sales or a business related field

-Prior experience in a busy EABL Depot or a logistics company is an added advantage

-High Level Computer skills with excellence in Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

-Financial analysis skills with cost management abilities 

-Strong internal and external relationship development skills with customers and colleagues

-Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) coupled with good interpersonal skills 

-Excellent organizational and time management skills

-Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve excellence 

-High levels of Integrity and reliability
