AI Growth & Marketing Coordinator

Launch Coordination & Go-to-Market

* Develop detailed launch plans with timelines, stakeholder alignment, and milestone tracking.

* Coordinate cross-functional readiness across product, engineering, and operations.

* Organize logistics for regional launch events, demos, and partner trainings.

AI-Powered Campaign Development

* Create and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using tools like *ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, and Canva*.

* A/B test messaging, creatives, and channels to optimize performance.

* Set up and manage paid and organic campaigns across social media and search platforms.

Data Analytics & Growth Tracking

* Build and maintain real-time dashboards (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or BI tools) to track service usage, customer engagement, and revenue.

* Analyze trends, flag underperforming services, and recommend course corrections.

Training & Partner Enablement

* Design and lead interactive workshops for sales, operations, and partner teams.

* Produce quick-start guides, demo videos, and cheat-sheets to support AI service adoption.

Content Development & Collateral

* Create high-impact marketing content including one-pagers, pitch decks, social posts, email sequences, and video scripts.

* Repurpose and distribute content across channels to maximize reach and consistency.

Market Research & Playbook Creation

* Conduct competitive analysis and regional market scans to uncover growth opportunities.

* Develop partner playbooks, pricing strategies, and product improvement recommendations.

Continuous Improvement

* Identify roadblocks, user feedback trends, and workflow gaps.

* Collaborate with internal teams to improve product-market fit and user experience.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.

* 3+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably in tech or AI-related fields.

* Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper), digital marketing platforms, and analytics tools.

* Proven ability to develop and execute data-driven campaigns.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

* Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI integrations in marketing, or generative design.

* Certifications in Digital Marketing, Growth Hacking, or AI for Business.

* Experience working in high-growth environments or regional tech ecosystems.
