Job Description/Requirements
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across multiple platforms.
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
- Track performance analytics and adjust strategies for better results.
- Maximize e-commerce sales.
- Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion.
- Support SEO and website content updates to drive traffic.
- Develop strategy and execution of communication instore and outdoor to increase sales.
- Develop marketing material to help placement of products.
- Develop marketing collateral including graphics, videos, blogs, newsletters, and presentations.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Support storytelling and campaign messaging.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, activations, and partnerships.
- Liaise with vendors, agencies, and partners for marketing activities.
- Track marketing assets and promotional materials.
- Conceptualize and design digital and print marketing materials, including posters, social media graphics, product packaging visuals, banners, and promotional materials.
- Ensure all design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, social media growth, and ROI.
- Provide recommendations based on insights to improve marketing strategy.
- Stay updated with trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Certification in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, or E-commerce Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in social media management, digital marketing, or brand communication, preferably within the FMCG, retail, or e-commerce sector.
- Proven experience managing and growing social media platforms with a strong understanding of platform algorithms and audience engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to run paid advertising campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, or similar), including performance tracking and ROI analysis.
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut for basic graphic and video editing.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of brand positioning, storytelling, and customer engagement across both digital and physical retail environments.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing activations, events, and partnerships will be an added advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience creating graphic and video content for online and print campaigns.
- Strong creativity and attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-driven, innovative, and able to work under minimal supervision.
