Job summary
The Social Media Graduate Trainee will support the company’s digital presence by assisting in content creation, social media posting, community engagement, analytics reporting, basic graphic design, TikTok/Reels creation, email marketing support, and digital campaign assistance across social media platforms.

1. Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
2. Create engaging and relevant content for social media posting.
3. Monitor company social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and profession manner.
4. Assist in growing online communities and improving engagement while escalating customer inquiries or complaints to the relevant department.
5. Collaborate with the marketing team on brainstorming new campaign ideas and strategies.
6. Keep up to date with social media trends and recommend content ideas.
7. Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
8. Generate regular reports on key digital marketing metrics and provide insights for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
- Familiarity with content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite).
- Basic analytical and reporting skills.
