Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
✅ Enhance functionality of current applications, including the ERP system, to meet evolving business needs.
✅ Support end users of Oracle ERP and other Windows-based applications to ensure they meet operational goals.
✅ Manage planning, development, testing, and modification of databases and client services.
✅ Ensure database performance, security, and integrity are maintained.
✅ Oversee IT services related to change management and system availability.
✅ Support month-end processes, GCC management, and deployment of system updates.
✅ Ensure compliance with the organization’s IT policies and standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
🎓 Education:
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
* A Master’s degree is an added advantage.
💼 *Experience & Skills:
* 5–7 years of experience in Application or ERP system support.
* Strong hands-on experience with *Oracle ERP*, preferably in Financial and Supply Chain modules.
* Proficiency in *SQL query writing, report development, and Oracle Forms.
* Familiarity with Oracle EBS R12 is a strong added value.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Solid knowledge in data processing systems, networking, and systems development.
* Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and teamwork skills with high attention to detail.
