Our client, offering Accounting, Audit, Tax, and Business Advisory services is seeking to engage an assistant accountant.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records.
- Process customer invoices, supplier payments, and reconcile accounts.
- Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Assist in payroll preparation and statutory deductions processing.
- Prepare and file statutory returns including VAT, PAYE, WHT, Rental Tax, and Annual Returns.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain proper filing of financial and tax documents.
- Supporting preparation of financial reports and audit schedules.
