Quest Holdings Limited is seeking highly motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused professionals to join our expanding Debt Collection Division. If you are passionate about achieving targets, building customer relationships, and delivering exceptional recovery results, we invite you to apply.
Available Opportunities
Evening Collections Team – Engage customers during evening hours to maximize recoveries.
Fintech Collections Team – Manage digital lending portfolios and drive loan recoveries.
Conventional Collections Team – Handle assigned debt portfolios through effective negotiation and customer engagement.
Field Collections Team – Conduct field visits, customer tracing, and debt recovery activities in line with company procedures.
Key Requirements
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability.
Previous experience in debt collection, customer service, or a call centre is an added advantage.
Applicants for the Evening Team must be available to work evening shifts.
Applicants for the Field Team must be willing to travel as required.
