JOB SUMMARY
QualificationDiploma in Library Studies, Information Science or its equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution. Certificate in Computer Applications from a recognized institution.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Respond to library section queriesCharging and discharging of library materialsReservation of information materialsMaintaining library statistical records and Microfilming servicesObserving of library rules, regulations and proceduresIssuing reminders to overdue library materialsSelecting information materials for acquisitionShelving and re-shelving of library collection
REQUIRED SKILLS
Technical support, Server management, IT support, System administration
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Diploma, Associate's degree
