Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow

Manage and coach loan officers, field agents, and debt collection teams

Monitor loan performance, with focus on non-performing loans (NPLs) and recovery rates

Develop and execute strategies for loan collection and portfolio growth

Ensure compliance with company policies, risk management, and regulatory requirements

Build strong relationships with clients and maintain high customer satisfaction

Prepare and submit regular reports on loan performance, collections, and agent activities
-
Identify new business opportunities and support SME lending growth in the Narok area
Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in branch management, SME lending, or collections

- Proven experience in managing loan portfolios and non-performing loans

- Strong leadership, team management, and motivational skills

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

- High integrity and professionalism

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
