Oversee the care, training, and deployment of security dogs for patrol, ensuring compliance with ethical treatment and welfare standards for canines. Coordinate with trainers to maintain the operational efficiency of the canine teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations, ensuring adherence to security protocols and operational guidelines.
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise guarding and canine deployment to meet client needs and operational goals.
- Oversee the implementation and enforcement of policies, procedures, and performance standards and formulate business strategies that enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Work directly with clients, develop new business opportunities, and grow the company's customer base.
- In conjunction with HR, recruit, train, and supervise security guards and canine handlers to ensure readiness and professionalism.
- Conduct regular training programs for new guards, on-the-job training, and refresher training for guards in the establishment.
- Oversee and respond to incidents, ensuring proper investigation, documentation, and resolution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their security needs and concerns, and providing them with periodic reports on security performance, incidents, and improvements.

Critical Success Factors for the Job:
Job Specifications:
- Relevant Experience: Minimum of 5 years in security operations, with experience in guarding and/or canine services.
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Job Skills:
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Knowledge of security protocols, canine operations, and risk management.
