Key Responsibilities
Promote assigned brands during activations and campaigns
Drive product awareness, sampling, and on-the-spot sales
Actively engage customers and communicate key brand message
Meet daily sales, visibility, and interaction targets
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage
Distribute samples and promotional materials responsibly
Maintain high energy, professionalism, and brand representation
Adhere strictly to activation guidelines, scripts, and pricing
Account for issued stock, samples, and promotional materials
Submit daily sales and activity reports
Comply with attendance, timekeeping, and code of conduct
Requirements
At least 1–2 years’ experience in field sales, route sales, or FMCG distribution
Strong selling, upselling, and customer engagement skills
Ability to work on delivery routes and spend long hours in the field
Basic understanding of invoicing, delivery notes, and payment confirmation is an added advanatge
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to identify sales opportunities and close deals on-site
Organized, reliable, and able to submit accurate daily reports
Basic smartphone literacy (M-PESA confirmations, photos, WhatsApp reporting, etc.)
