Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns aligned with business goals
• Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, website content and monitoring google ads
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights
• Create engaging content (graphics, blogs, videos, ads) to promote services
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly
• Build and maintain relationships with partners, media, and influencers
• Organize promotional events, activations, and brand campaigns
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in a marketing role (experience in logistics or service industry is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools)
• Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in graphic design tools is an added advantage
