We are hiring an Influencer Marketing Executive to identify, recruit, and manage local influencers across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. The role focuses on expanding influencer partnerships, supporting short-video campaigns, tracking performance data, and driving user acquisition through creative content collaboration.

Job Responsibilities
1)Influencer Resource Expansion
Identify, approach, and onboard high-potential local influencers to support brand promotion campaigns.
Source influencers through platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, as well as offline channels.
Evaluate influencer audience quality, engagement level, and suitability for brand positioning.
Communicate collaboration structures, campaign expectations, and payment terms with influencers.
2)Influencer Cooperation Management
Develop collaboration plans with influencers aligned to campaign objectives.
Support influencers in planning short-form content ideas and scripts that match brand requirements.
Track posting timelines and ensure content delivery meets agreed performance standards.
Monitor video performance and support settlement coordination and long-term relationship development.
3)Creative Content Support
Assist in preparing simple and practical short-video script suggestions.
Provide creative direction aligned with platform trends and audience behavior.
Optimize content formats to improve reach, engagement, and conversion performance.
4)Data Tracking and Reporting
Maintain accurate influencer cooperation records including views, engagement rate, conversions, and campaign outcomes.
Prepare periodic performance summaries.
Provide recommendations to improve influencer selection and campaign effectiveness.
5)Brand Campaign & Event Support
Support influencer participation in brand marketing campaigns.
Assist in coordinating influencer involvement in offline activation activities when required.
Work with influencers during campaign shooting sessions and ensure content quality delivery.
Job Requirements
1)Core Requirements
Strong ability to identify and approach potential influencers independently.
Good communication skills and confidence in managing influencer relationships.
Basic understanding of short-video content trends and audience engagement strategies.
Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in campaign tracking and settlement coordination.
Ability to manage multiple influencer collaborations simultaneously.
2)Preferred Qualifications (Advantage)
Experience in influencer marketing, social media operations, or short-video production.
Familiarity with Kenya’s local influencer ecosystem.
Experience working in entertainment, gaming, betting, or digital marketing industries.
Experience supporting WhatsApp-based or community-driven promotion campaigns is an advantage.
Experience promoting mobile apps or betting/gaming platforms through influencer channels.
