Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Measures KPIs that are relevant to marketing and sales efforts
  • Ensures that branding is consistent throughout all online and offline media channels
  • Conducts market and competitive research to determine brand positioning, as well as competitor strengths and weaknesses
  • Analyzes market trends to stay up-to-date with current developments
  • Performs internal SWOT analysis
  • Leads idea generation and brainstorming sessions
  • Determines the best selection of media channels for marketing activities
  • Evaluates the success of marketing campaigns
  • Strategizes and conducts digital media campaigns
  • Creates digital content
  • Manages the company main lines, website and social media accounts
  • Coordinates with cross-functional teams
  • Follows the latest digital media developments and trends
  • Organizes events and campaigns
  • Tracks key metrics
  • Stays updated with industry trends and the relevant laws

Brand and Marketing Strategist Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Business Administration, Media or similar discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in brand strategy, brand management, or marketing roles is preferred
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and other editing software
  • Familiarity with campaign-evaluating metrics and media buying
  • Comfortable with handling data
  • Strong aptitude for math and statistics
  • Deep understanding of marketing principles and best practices
  • Broad knowledge of analytics tools and media channels
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Creative and innovative
  • Works well under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Driven by results and detail-oriented
