Job descriptions & requirements

Tasks and Responsibilities:

·         Understanding the present organization structure, systems, processes and procedures.

·         Analyzing, formulating and documenting all activities of the organization.

·         Document all processes, procedures & systems by using flow charts, notes, template forms etc.

·         Developing further organization structure, systems, processes and procedures.

·         Ensuring planned developments are implemented.

·         Analyze and design Job positions and draft job descriptions.

·         Provide reports and documentation to CEO on timely basis.

·         Be involved in recruitment, development and training of Human resource to enable achieve the business strategy and objectives of the business.

 

Education & Work Experience Requirements:

·         Graduate in Business/Management Studies preferably with an MBA or Degree.

·         At least 5 years and over of working experience.
         

Competencies:

·         Strong Passion/Personal drives to succeed and progress into leadership positions.

·         Results oriented –Has delivered exceptional performance over the past 3 years.

·         Excellent communication skills.

·         Good analytical and decision-making skills.

·         Operations Management and Business Administration skills

·         Able to learn and work independently under pressure.

·         Ability to supervise team members assisting in the process

 

Personal Attributes:

·         Personal ethics: must be an honest individual and have a high level of integrity.

·         Result oriented; not minding being measured and judged by performance results.

·         Mature temperament: demonstrated ability to work diplomatically, harmoniously and effectively with a diverse group of people.

·         Self-motivated person, responsible and discipline.

·         Willing and able to adopt to the company’s culture and be a team player.

·         Experience in providing consulting service is an added advantage.
