Job Summary
Lipton Investment LTD is seeking an entrepreneurial and strategically minded Project Manager to spearhead corporate growth and handle end-to-end project initialization. Unlike a traditional site-bound PM, this position oversees the pre-construction pipeline across all company projects. The ideal candidate will blend rigorous technical execution with a sharp commercial acumen, focusing heavily on public and private sector tendering, e-procurement management, and strategic business development.

Key Responsibilities
1. Tendering & Bid Management: Lead the compilation, structural writing, and timely submission of technical and financial expressions of interest (EOIs) and tender documents.
2. E-Procurement Mastery: Take full ownership of navigating and operating EGovernment Procurement (EGP) Systems (e.g., IFMIS, PPIP) alongside private portal bid submissions.
3. Business Development: Identify and secure new commercial, industrial, and residential real estate project opportunities to expand Lipton Investment LTD’s corporate portfolio.
4. Stakeholder Management: Review, negotiate, and establish robust professional partnerships with structural engineers, architects, sub-contractors, and clients.
5. Project Initiation Support: Translate won bids into clear conceptual designs, cost estimations, and mobilization schedules before handing off to individual site crews.
6. Regular visits to all active sites to oversee compliance and ensure an efficient flow of works on the ground

Key Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Kenyan construction sector, with a proven track record of winning public/private tenders.
• Advanced, practical proficiency in working with local EGP systems and digital tendering platforms.
• Absolute professional integrity with an unblemished career record regarding compliance.
