The job will involve onboarding new customers, supporting existing customers and gathering feedback to inform strategies for high customer satisfaction, sustaining Zeraki’s dominance as the leading Edtech brand in Africa.As a Business Development Associate, you will play a critical role in prospecting, signing up, onboarding and supporting schools that use our products. You will work to find new sales leads (through client referrals, cold calling and/ or visiting new schools), close sales with set targets, and develop & maintain relationships. What do you Need to be Successful:Excellent Communication Skills You will need to speak clearly ,listen attentively, and be keen on body language to understand & articulate the needs and expectations of our customers. Persistence Not every lead is going to be a sale, being able to bounce back if you lose a sale Flexibility This is not an 8-5 job! You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
