Key Responsibilities
✅ Identify and secure new business opportunities across real estate, construction, and supply sectors.
✅ Conduct market research, financial analysis, feasibility studies, and prepare detailed investment proposals.
✅ Support deal negotiations, partnerships, and client acquisition efforts.
✅ Develop and execute branding and digital marketing strategies to expand market presence.
✅ Track financial KPIs, budgets, and project profitability to inform management decisions.
✅ Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Construction, Sales, and Procurement) to ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications & Experience
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Financial Economics or a related field.
💼 2–3 years of experience in business development, investment analysis, or financial advisory within the real estate, construction, or related sectors.
📊 Proven expertise in financial modelling, market analysis, and feasibility studies.
🤝 Experience in deal structuring, contract negotiation, and investment management.
✨ Knowledge of branding, sales strategy, or digital marketing is an added advantage.
