Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B clients, including FMCG distributors, logistics companies, and last-mile delivery operators.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and cold outreach to product demos, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Understand fleet operational challenges such as downtime, compliance, parts leakage, and reconciliation, positioning our solution effectively.
- Build and maintain relationships with fleet managers, operations heads, and business owners.
- Conduct field sales activities, including site visits, client meetings, and live demonstrations.
- Drive business growth through self-generated leads and proactive outreach.
Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B sales experience, selling solutions to businesses (not consumers).
- Experience selling to fleet operators, logistics companies, or FMCG distributors.
- Strong understanding of fleet operations, including maintenance cycles, compliance, fuel management, and driver coordination.
- Proven ability to close deals through cold outreach and active prospecting.
- Comfortable with field sales and client-facing meetings.
- Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven.
