JOB SUMMARY
The Business Development & Outreach Associate plays a critical role in driving business growth. This person will identify potential clients, engage decision-makers through LinkedIn, Company website, social media, and email, create brand awareness through high-quality content, and schedule qualified meetings with organizations that can benefit from Data, M.D.'s services.You will work directly with the Founder, gaining exposure to U.S. clients, professional communication, and business development in the technology and consulting space.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead Generation & OutreachIdentify ideal clients based on industry, size, and service needsConnect with decision-makers on LinkedIn (CEOs, CFOs, Directors, Operations, IT Leaders)Send professional outreach messages and follow-up sequencesMaintain CRM tracking and pipeline updatesProvide pre-meeting briefing summaries to the Founder2. LinkedIn / Website Awareness & Content SupportCreate additional content (short videos, written articles, carousels, and similar media) to drive traffic, strengthen brand presence, and support business development goals.Create awareness of Data, M.D.'s services and success storiesMonitor post performance and optimize content strategySupport brand voice and messaging consistency3. Meeting Coordination & QualificationResearch targets before meetingsEnsure meetings are with real decision-makersPrepare summary notes and assist in schedulingTrack outcomes and follow-up tasks4. Pipeline Quality & ReportingMaintain a clean, organized weekly outreach pipelineUpdate lead statuses and track all prospect communicationsPresent weekly progress summaries and strategy adjustments
