Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and articulate Call Center Agent with strong sales and lead conversion skills to support our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up on field-generated leads, qualifying prospects, converting leads into sales, and
coordinating closely with riders and field sales teams. This role requires a confident communicator with strong business acumen, who thrives in a high-pressure, target-driven environment and is committed to closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion
• Follow up on incoming and field-generated real estate leads
• Qualify leads by gathering key information (budget, location, timelines, preferences)
• Nurture prospects and convert leads into successful sales opportunities
• Maintain consistent communication with clients throughout the sales cycle
Sales Support & Coordination
• Coordinate with riders and field sales agents for property viewings and client meetings
• Schedule appointments and ensure seamless handover to field teams
• Track progress of leads and ensure timely follow-ups
Customer Engagement
• Provide clear, professional, and persuasive communication to clients
• Handle inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively
• Deliver excellent customer experience and build client trust
Reporting & Administration
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Update CRM systems and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Track performance metrics such as conversion rates and lead status
Qualifications & Requirements
• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in a call center, telesales, or sales role
• Experience in real estate sales or lead handling is an added advantage
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
