Key Responsibilities:Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needsBuild and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewalsWork with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being metDevelop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clientsMeet and exceed your set revenue and product target by developing relationships with targeted customers. Take inquiries and requests from customers and address their needsStay on top of accounts, making sure they’re receiving services that are within their budget and meeting their needsMeet regularly with other members of the team to discuss progress and find new ways to improve businessGenerate progress reports to give to clients and higher-ups within the organizationIdentify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the team regularly Engage with clients at a senior, decision-making level to understand their business needs, to leverage our Solutions to meet the customer’s business needs and to grow relationships with a longer-term focus.Create a long term and short-term strategy to HOD in conveyance of how you can show the capability to meet and exceed set targetCreate and manage sales pipeline and achieve pipeline conversion to sales targets.Ability to review self-sales closure ratio and continuously push to reduce it Developing and managing targeted marketing activities with our Sales department.Attend all training on existing or new services offered by the organizationKnow and adhere to all the setout renewal, cross sell and churn processes and use the systems relevant to the processes (Odoo) Gather market intelligence and share with the team on a daily/weekly basisWork hand in hand with team in analyzing potential areas of growth and where we can groom Any other duties and responsibilities as the company sees fit. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a Sales and/or Marketing related field4-5 years relevant working experience in Account management three of which should be at the senior level preferably in an ICT environmentChartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) qualifications or its equivalent exam MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Sophos Sales, Bitdefender Sales, Parallels RAS Sales Managed IT Sales, Standard Operating ProceduresExperience or qualification in ICT-related an added advantage.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedbackAbility to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skills Good attention to detail and organizational skillsProven Solution Selling or Consultative account development skills with high levels of documentationExcellent presentation skillsLearn fast with regard to new systems and solutionsSelf-starter with excellent communication skillBuild relationships internally and externallyWork independently, using initiativeWork well within a teamAttention to detailEfficient written and oral communication skillsSelf-motivated, hardworking, sociable, and driven by professional success
