Job Summary

Our client, a company that specializes in performance improvement is looking to recruit a Client Service Coordinator.

  • Minimum Qualification:Bachelor

  • Experience Length:3 years

Job Description/Requirements

The successful candidate will be required to deliver exceptional business support and performance through effective planning and execution of training programs, strong self-leadership, operational excellence, and teamwork. He or She should have a good understanding of adult learning principles.

Key Requirements:
•    Demonstrate self-leadership through planning, prioritization, doing things wholeheartedly, communicating effectively, and embrace change as a way of life and working.
•    Contribute towards building a high-performance and collaborative environment committed to achieving success through each other.
•    Support the Operations Manager and the organization at large in the effective management of Training resource planning and utilization.
•    Support the Operations Manager in ensuring that the organization’s facilitation resource pool is well managed through timely and effective communication with the Delivery Consultants.
•    Ensure proper resource planning for projects/assignments including but not limited to Delivery Consultants, training materials, equipment and training facilities.
•    Ensure delivery of memorable training sessions by having full awareness of the training schedules
•    Implement prudent planning measures for all resource management and institute replenishment thresholds.
•    Ensure professional preparation and delivery of all training sessions.
•    Ensure that all customer requests communicated to enhance training experience are attended to promptly within 2 days.
•    Carefully go through each of the Training Evaluation forms and attend to all comments that require action within 48 hours.

Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
•    Exceptional organization skills.
•    Demonstrated experience in planning, customer service and quality assurance in a busy environment.
•    Knowledge of basic working IT applications.
•    Excellent presentation skills.
•    Excellent negotiation skills.

Monthly Gross salary: 75,000 - 80,000/= depending on experience and qualifications.
Deadline: 12th October 2022
