DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Production & Visual Storytelling
Capture stunning photos and videos of the resort’s experiences, including ziplining, sky biking, and sky dining, ensuring each piece tells a compelling story.
Plan and execute creative shoots, considering lighting, angles, and composition to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
Experiment with new formats (reels, TikToks, shorts) and trends to keep content fresh and shareable.
Edit raw footage into polished content using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Canva, ensuring high-quality output suitable for social media and marketing campaigns.
Social Media Strategy & Engagement
Develop and maintain a content calendar for all social media platforms, aligning with seasonal campaigns, events, and promotions.
Craft captivating captions, stories, and posts that resonate with our audience and encourage engagement.
Monitor social media analytics to understand which content performs best, and adapt strategies accordingly.
Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a way that reflects the resort’s brand voice and hospitality.
Creative Campaign Development
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to conceptualize campaigns that showcase new experiences, offers, or events.
Brainstorm innovative ways to integrate trends, challenges, or AI-driven content into campaigns to increase reach and virality.
Assist in creating marketing collateral, including posters, promotional graphics, and digital ads.
Advertising & Paid Campaign Support
Support the planning, creation, and execution of paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads, including designing creatives, writing ad copy, and monitoring performance.
Provide insights and suggestions to optimize campaigns for better engagement, conversions, and ROI.
Trend Monitoring & Innovation
Stay ahead of social media and content trends, viral formats, and AI tools that can enhance creative output.
Regularly experiment with emerging tools and formats to keep the resort’s content innovative and engaging.
Share insights with the team and implement learnings to improve overall content strategy.
Collaboration & Brand Alignment
Work closely with guest experience and operations teams to ensure that the content accurately represents the resort’s offerings.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual and written content.
Contribute ideas to cross-functional campaigns and assist other teams when content needs arise.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
Proven experience in content creation, videography, photography, or social media management.
Strong storytelling skills with a creative eye for visuals and aesthetics.
Proficiency in content creation tools: CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite (Premiere/Photoshop).
Basic graphic design skills and an understanding of layout, color, and branding.
Experience running or supporting Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns is a plus.
Familiarity with AI tools and emerging digital trends to optimize content strategy.
Highly creative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
