The Customer Service Executive will support Swfty customers, riders, and merchants by responding to inquiries, resolving delivery-related issues, and ensuring a positive user experience. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start a career in customer service or operations in a fast-growing technology and logistics company.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer, rider, and merchant inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, and account support
  • Resolve complaints and issues professionally and in a timely manner
  • Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when required
  • Accurately record customer interactions and update system records
  • Follow company service standards and internal procedures
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
