Responsibilities
- Respond to customer, rider, and merchant inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Assist customers with order tracking, delivery updates, and account support
- Resolve complaints and issues professionally and in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to the supervisor when required
- Accurately record customer interactions and update system records
- Follow company service standards and internal procedures
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
- Work collaboratively with operations teams to resolve delivery issues
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or related field
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or call centre roles
