Job summary

We’re hiring a Demand Generation Marketer whose #1 mission is simple: Generate qualified leads and booked demos for NovaFleet—consistently. This is not a “post on social media” role. You’ll own the funnel from attention → lead → demo booking, working closely with the founder/sales to improve conversion.

RequirementsMust-have

  • 3+ years in demand gen / growth marketing (B2B is a plus)
  • Strong copywriting for ads, landing pages, and WhatsApp/email
  • Ability to build funnels end-to-end and track results
  • Comfortable working fast in a startup environment (test, learn, ship)

Nice-to-have

  • Experience marketing to SMEs in Kenya (mobility, logistics, fintech, SaaS)
  • Performance marketing experience (ads + optimization)
  • Basic video editing for short-form clips

Key Responsibilities

1) Lead Generation & Demo Booking

  • Plan and run campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, WhatsApp, and community channels
  • Build and manage a simple funnel: Landing page → lead capture → nurture → demo booking
  • Set up or improve tracking: sources, conversion rates, show-up rates

2) Content That Converts

  • Create weekly content focused on outcomes: profits up, downtime down, compliance on time
  • Turn product features into clear benefits and ROI stories in Kenyan context
  • Produce assets: 1–2 case studies/month, demo snippets, simple explainers

3) Lifecycle & Nurture

  • Build WhatsApp/email nurture sequences for leads who don’t book immediately
  • Improve demo attendance via reminders, follow-ups, and retargeting

4) Website & Landing Pages

  • Own landing page copy, lead magnets, and conversion improvements
  • Work with design/tools to publish fast (Webflow/Wix/WordPress/Framer is okay)

5) Experimentation & Reporting

  • Run weekly experiments (hooks, creatives, offers, audiences)
    • Share weekly dashboard: leads generated, demos booked, CPL, best channels

      What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)

      You will:

      • Build a working inbound + outbound demand engine that produces 3–5 booked demos per week
      • Improve lead quality and nurture to increase show-up rates
        • Create proof-based content that drives conversion (case studies, ROI posts, short videos)
