Salary:  Kshs. 100,000 - 130,000 Plus Company Benefit

Requirements: 

  • Bachelors Degree In Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Or A Related Field, With Professional Certifications In Digital Marketing (E.G., Google Analytics, Hubspot) Preferred. 
  • Strong Understanding Of Digital Marketing Tools And Platforms, Including Google Analytics, Seo Tools (E.G., Semrush, Ahrefs), And Marketing Automation Software. 
  • Advanced Proficiency In Data Analysis And Dashboard Reporting For Campaign Optimization And Strategic Decision-Making. 

Knowledge And Skills Required Includes: - 

  • Seo Tools: Semrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console. 
  • Media Buying:Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Linkedin Ads. 
  • Analytics & Reporting: Google Analytics (Universal & Ga4), Google Tag Manager,
  • Data Studio. Automation: Hubspot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Zapier. Crm: Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce (Basic Knowledge). 
  • Cms Platforms:Wordpress, Shopify, Webflow. 
  • Design Coordination:Basic Knowledge Of Canva, Adobe Tools Is A Plus. Exceptional Strategic Thinking And A Data-Driven Mindset With A Deep Commitment To Digital Marketing Excellence. Strong Analytical Abilities With A Focus On Performance Metrics And Roi Analysis.

Experience: 

  • Minimum 3-5 Years Of Proven Experience In A Digital Marketing Role With A Demonstrated Track Record Of Achieving Traffic, Lead, And Conversion Targets. 
  • Previous Experience Managing And Optimizing Digital Marketing Campaigns Across Multiple Channels, Including Seo, Ppc, Email, And Social Media.

Key Responsibilities: - 

  • Strategic Digital Marketing Management: - Develops And Implements Comprehensive Digital Marketing Strategies That Align With Company Growth Objectives And Brand Positioning. One Is Responsible For Managing All Digital Channels, Including Social Media, Email Marketing, Seo, And Paid Media, Ensuring Sustained Brand Engagement And Lead Generation. 
  • Seo & Website Optimization: - Conducts Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis, And Content Gap Analysis To Identify Opportunities For Growth. One Is Responsible For Optimizing Website Content, Structure, And Internal Linking For On-Page Seo And Managing Backlink Acquisition For Off Page Seo. 
  • Content Development & Creation: - Oversees The Creation And Development Of Compelling Content Across All Digital Platforms. One Collaborate With Internal Teams And External Content Creators To Produce Engaging Material That Aligns With Brand Messaging And Campaign Objectives. 
  • Digital Campaign Management & Media Buying: - Liaising With External Agencies, Implementing, And Optimizing Integrated Digital Marketing Campaigns Across Various Paid Channels, Including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, And Linkedin. The Specialist Will Assist The Marketing Lead In Setting Up Campaign Objectives, Targeting, Ad Creatives, And Landing Pages, While Supporting In Monitoring Key Performance Indicators (Kpis) Like Ctr, Cpc, Cpa, And Roas. They Will Conduct A/B Testing On Creatives And Landing Pages To Improve Performance And Plan And Execute Paid Media Strategies Within Allocated Budgets, Negotiating With Ad Networks To Maximize Roi. 
  • Digital Pr Responsibilities: - Manages Digital Public Relations Activities To Enhance Brand Reputation And Visibility Online. One Develops And Executes Digital Pr Strategies, Coordinate With Media Outlets And Online Publications, Manage Press Releases And Digital Communications, And Monitor Brand Mentions Across Digital Channels. 
  • Marketing Automation & Crm: - Building And Managing Marketing Automation Workflows Using Platforms Like Hubspot, Active Campaign, Mailchimp, Or Zoho Campaigns. They Are Responsible For Audience Segmentation And Personalized Communication Across Channels Like Email And Sms. 
  • Analytics & Performance Reporting: - Monitoring And Reporting Performance Metrics Using Tools Like Google Analytics, Ga4, And Google Data Studio. They Will Create Weekly And Monthly Performance Reports For Seo And Paid Media, Provide Actionable Insights, And Analyse Campaign Kpis To Optimize Accordingly. They Will Also Utilize Advanced Analytics And Dashboards To Monitor Audience Behaviour Patterns, Predict Market Trends, And Proactively Adjust Campaigns. 
  • Liaising With Marketing Contractors: - Managing Relationships With External Marketing Contractors Including Influencers, Brand Ambassadors, And Content Creation Companies. The Specialist Coordinates Campaign Requirements, Briefs External Partners, Monitors Deliverables, And Ensures All Contractor Outputs Align With Brand Guidelines And Marketing Objectives. With The Support Of The Marketing Lead, They Assist In Negotiating Terms, Manage Timelines, And Maintain Quality Control Across All External Partnerships.
