Requirement For Appointment Served in the position of Principal Co-operative Officer for a minimum period of three years;Bachelor’s degree in any of the following disciplines; -Commerce, Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Sociology, law, Agricultural Economics, Cooperative management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Management and Organizational Development, Finance or Agri-business from a recognized institution;Master’s degree in any of the following disciplines; -commerce, Business Administration Agriculture, Economics, Sociology, Law, Agricultural Management and Organizational Development, Finance of Agri business from a recognized institution will be an added advantageCertificate in strategic leadership development programme lasting not less than six weeks or its equivalent from recognized institution;Demonstrated understanding of national /county goals policies and development objectives and ability to translate them in to trade development projects.Certificate in computer applications from a recognized institution;Demonstrated administrative ability and professional competence in work performance
