Job Title: Digital Marketer
Reports To: Marketing Manager / Operations Manager

 

1. Job Purpose

To plan, develop, and implement digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive customer engagement across online platforms. The Digital Marketer is responsible for managing digital campaigns, optimizing online presence, and analyzing performance metrics to support business growth objectives.

 

2. Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management

·         Plan and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

·         Identify target audiences and develop tailored marketing approaches.

·         Manage multi-channel campaigns including social media, email, websites, and search engines.

·         Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and ROI.

·         Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends and best practices.

 

Social Media Management

·         Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.

·         Manage and grow brand presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

·         Monitor engagement and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.

·         Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

·         Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to increase reach and conversions.

 

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Website Management

·         Optimize website content to improve search engine rankings.

·         Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies.

·         Monitor website traffic and performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

·         Ensure website content is up-to-date, relevant, and user-friendly.

·         Collaborate with developers to improve website functionality and performance.

 

Paid Advertising (PPC) Campaign Management

·         Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns using platforms like Google Ads.

·         Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

·         Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness.

·         Track conversions and generate performance reports.

·         Ensure cost-effective use of advertising budgets.

 

Content Creation & Email Marketing

·         Develop engaging content including blogs, graphics, and videos.

·         Design marketing materials using tools like Canva.

·         Create and manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

·         Segment audiences and personalize content to improve engagement.

·         Monitor campaign metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.

·         Maintain consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

 

Performance Analysis & Reporting

·         Track and analyze key digital marketing metrics.

·         Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and insights.

·         Use data to refine strategies and improve results.

·         Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.

·         Provide actionable recommendations to management.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

·         Website traffic growth and engagement rates

·         Lead generation and conversion rates

·         Social media growth and engagement metrics

·         ROI on digital marketing campaigns

·         Email marketing performance (open rates, CTR)

·         Cost per acquisition (CPA) and ad performance

 

3. Qualifications

·         Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field

·         Minimum of 1–3 years experience in digital marketing

·         Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing) is an added advantage

·         Experience using digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
