Job Description MGM Muthu Hotels seeks to hire a professional and talented digital marketer who will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations. Your central goal will be to increase the online presence of the business and contribute to revenue growth, managing the company’s digital platforms, developing creative marketing campaigns to improve revenues, manage all social media channels and campaigns to sustain an engaging audience experience, increase audience satisfaction and spearhead the company’s e-commerce strategy. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing, art direction, and social media management.Duties and Responsibilities: Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing departmentCoordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.Analyze digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimizationConduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being usedMaintain digital dashboard of several different accountsCoordinate with the sales team to create marketing campaignsMonitor key online marketing metrics to track the success Key Qualifications. Bachelor’s Degree in BBIT, Advertising, Marketing, or any other Business related field3- 5 years of experience in Digital MarketingExcellent data analytics and Excel proficiency is a plusDemonstrable understanding of the strategic role of marketing and communication to impact on business resultsExcellent writing and editing skillsMust have the ability to develop and successfully execute and track marketing campaignsExcellent planning, and organizational skills with high integrity
