Position Overview
The Digital Marketer will develop, implement, and manage the school’s online marketing strategy. The role focuses on increasing brand visibility, driving engagement across digital platforms, and supporting student recruitment initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- At least 4 years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Strong skills in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and website content management.
- Graphic design or basic video editing skills are an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the school’s digital marketing strategy across social media, websites, and email platforms.
- Plan and create engaging content including posts, newsletters, graphics, and videos to strengthen the school’s brand.
- Manage and grow the academy’s social media pages, monitor interactions, and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Run targeted digital advertising campaigns to promote admissions, school events, and special programs.
- Monitor and report on website and social media analytics to guide data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with academic and administration teams to ensure digital communication reflects school activities and achievements.
- Maintain and update the school website to ensure timely, accurate, and appealing information is always available.
