Our client, who is in the Online Printing & Branding Solutions, is looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing & Customer Experience Executive to grow online sales, convert inquiries into orders, and coordinate customer jobs from checkout to delivery. This role is ideal for someone who understands e-commerce marketing, fast customer response management and structured order coordination in a high-volume B2C environment.
Key Responsibilities;
- Plan and execute digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, and search platforms to drive traffic and online sales.
- Optimize product pages, landing pages, and checkout flows to improve conversion rates.
- Create and manage structured social media content showcasing key products including business cards, banners, stickers, packaging, and branded merchandise.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance including ROAS, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.
- Identify trending products and seasonal sales opportunities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media, email, WhatsApp, and website chat.
- Provide accurate quotations, product guidance, artwork requirements, and turnaround timelines.
- Coordinate with design and production teams to ensure smooth job execution from approval to delivery.
- Follow up on pending payments, artwork approvals, and abandoned carts.
- Monitor online reviews and ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
- Encourage repeat purchases through follow-ups and email campaigns.
- Identify upselling opportunities such as premium finishes, express delivery, and product add-ons.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and structured order tracking.
- Support promotional campaigns and new product launches.
Required Specifications;
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Experience in digital marketing or e-commerce operations
- Strong understanding of social media advertising, analytics, and content creation
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Commercially driven and results-oriented
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, or similar platforms
- Experience with CRM systems and order management processes
- Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of customer interactions across multiple channels
- Basic understanding of printing processes, graphic design requirements, or branding solutions (added advantage)
