This role sits at the centre of that transformation. The successful candidate will take ownership of marketing activity, bringing together content, campaigns, and digital channels into a cohesive and results-driven approach.
The business operates in a performance-led environment where success is measured by outcomes, not activity. Marketing is closely aligned with sales, and there is a clear expectation that campaigns contribute directly to pipeline and revenue.
You will be working closely with senior stakeholders across sales and leadership teams, with the opportunity to influence both strategy and execution.

3. ROLE OBJECTIVE
The primary objective of this role is to:
Generate consistent inbound leads
Build and execute structured marketing campaigns
Align marketing activity with sales and revenue goals
Success will be measured based on lead generation, campaign performance, and contribution to business growth.

5. Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Campaign Ownership (Core Focus)
Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns across digital channels
Drive inbound lead generation aligned to business targets
Develop lead magnets (guides, landing pages, downloadable content)
Continuously improve campaign performance and conversion rates
Take ownership of turning internal ideas into structured, executable campaigns
2. Content Creation, Coordination & Brand Development
Create high-quality marketing content including:
Videos
Social media content
Blogs, case studies, and customer stories
Work closely with internal teams (including field-based staff) to source and capture content
Plan and coordinate content creation across the business
Identify content gaps and proactively request required input from stakeholders
Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and target audience
Develop a strong understanding of the target customer and tailor messaging accordingly
3. Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns
Monitor performance and improve ROI
Support paid social campaigns where required
Ensure campaigns are aligned to lead generation objectives
4. CRM & Campaign Management
Utilise CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) to:
Track campaigns
Manage lead flow
Support marketing automation
Support campaign tracking and attribution across channels
Assist in improving CRM workflows and campaign effectiveness
5. Website & SEO (Supporting Responsibility)
Maintain and update website content
Ensure consistency between campaigns and landing pages
Support SEO improvements and optimisation
Work alongside third-party providers where required
6. Reporting, Performance Tracking & Optimisation
Track and report on key marketing metrics
Analyse campaign performance and identify improvements
Take ownership of results and continuously refine approach
Focus on measurable outcomes (leads, conversions, engagement) rather than activity alone
7. AI & Marketing Efficiency
Utilise AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Canva, CRM tools) to improve efficiency
Identify opportunities to enhance marketing processes using AI
Stay up to date with emerging tools and technologies
8. Consistency & Delivery
Ensure consistent and high-quality delivery of marketing output
Maintain a structured and organised approach to campaign execution
Deliver marketing activity reliably and on schedule
6. Essentials
2–5 years’ experience in digital marketing
Proven experience in lead generation campaigns
Experience owning and delivering marketing projects end-to-end
Strong content creation skills (video, social, written content)
Experience managing Google Ads and paid campaigns
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
Understanding of SEO and website optimisation
Experience using AI tools in marketing (desirable)
Understanding of B2B and/or B2C marketing environments
Experience with structured lead-generation strategies, such as scorecards, funnels, or waitlist campaigns, is highly desirable. Familiarity with commercial marketing frameworks is an advantage.

8. Working Environment & Equipment
Office-based role in Nairobi.
All equipment provided, including:
Computer and monitors
Headset and telephony systems
Secure access to required systems
