- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Business/Marketing/Technology or equivalent experience
- Solid knowledge and understanding of responsive design framework
- Advanced knowledge of internet technologies, usability, accessibility, privacy and rich media; with currency in emerging technologies and platforms
- Experience implementing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns and digital, and business analytics
- Understanding of common digital metrics/KPIs for web (paid & organic) and email channels, as well as sales performance KPIs
- Proven project, vendor, and stakeholder management experience
- Advanced Excel skills
- Must have hands-on experience managing performance media campaigns
- Ability to develop audience strategies across digital media channels, including first-party data.
- Ideal candidate will be certified in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, and Google Analytics

An employer is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager for a large automotive client sitting in Charlotte, NC.
- Help develop and optimize new lead generation capabilities to grow digital sales, increase leads and develop robust, interactive sales tools.
- Implement the integrated digital marketing strategy for retail customers in alignment in-store execution.
- Develop new strategies and collaborate to lead strategies and tactics that further revenue growth and cost reduction.
- Provide and present recommendations, insights, and direction based on the end-to-end client experience and a variety of data when making decisions
- Optimize effective digital marketing campaigns, such as A/B testing, by providing best practice expertise, tracking capabilities, and industry and channel research.
- Help implement Search Engine Optimization to drive revenue by increasing the number of qualified visitors to the digital quoting tool.
- Develop partnerships and align resources to achieve efficiencies; including working with internal and external partners to achieve a proactive and dynamic operating environment.
- Consult with the marketing team, marketing agencies and business stakeholders to ensure that website initiatives align with business platform strategies and deliver corresponding solutions.
- Help lead assigned initiatives to support sales team within an agile/quick to market environment for rapid development, idea generation and creative strategies to meet business targets with an eye towards integration of data collection, behavioral marketing, real-time testing and performance marketing.
