This is a field Direct Sales Representative contract role based in Mombasa.
The Direct Sales Representative will engage potential and existing customers face-to-face, present product features and benefits, and close sales while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.
Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, responding to customer inquiries, and following up on leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
The role also involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, preparing basic sales reports, and collaborating with colleagues to coordinate promotional activities.
The Direct Sales Representative will be expected to uphold company standards, follow established sales processes, and participate in ongoing training and performance reviews.
